Diagnostic Reporting:
Upload your crash diagnostics to help the Colourful Support Team identify the cause of the issue and troubleshoot it more effectively.
- To find your crash diagnostics, open the Colourful app and go to:
- Account →
- Account Settings →
- App Diagnostics →
- Select the most recent Diagnostic report →
- Copy and Paste the entire report - and attach it in your email to support →
